If you regret your purchase

If you wish to return one or more items from your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your package. If your package has been sent to a parcel shop, the 14 days apply from the day it is ready for collection.

If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify customer service before the deadline expires. Provide your order number and which items you wish to return.

We recommend that you keep your receipt for delivery until you have received your refund.

Items purchased in the webshop cannot be exchanged or returned in Academic Books’ stores or in the store in the University Library in Fiolstræde.

Condition of the item

You may examine and try on the item in the same way as in a physical store. If you have used the item more than necessary to assess its properties and size, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

Pack the item securely so that it is not damaged during transport.

If the item has a defect

If the item is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact customer service. Provide your order number and describe the defect. Please attach pictures if possible.

Customer service will help you with the complaint and inform you how the item should be returned, if applicable.
